Current Interests

I joined the chemistry department after twenty years of service with the U.S. Navy.  I am currently the department secretary/advising coordinator.  My interests outside of the chemistry department range from hosting “Na Mele O’ Hawai’i” Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. PST 89.3 FM www.kugs.org webstream, singing in a quartet of sorts, active member of Northwest Hawai'i Ohana, and coordinate a support group for families and friends of military/civilians deployed overseas.  Life is a journey. You have to live it!
